We have in house design facility and to prepare P&ID’s, Office plans, isometrics, and Office drawings as well as designing of Office Modules and design. We have in house design facility and to prepare P&ID’s, piping plans, isometrics, and spool drawings as well as designing of pipe supports and pipe routing. We have capabilities to fabricate all piping systems in transportable spool sizes to be erected at site.

Flare Stack & Flare Tips WDC offers fabrication services for Flare Stack & Tips with the surface preparation, installation curing (Hydrostatic Setting) and drying (Auxiliary Burners). As part of its diversified services provided to Refineries, Petrochemical and Chemical industries, required either as new or as replacement for damaged flare stack tips due to day-to-day operation. Fabrication of all associated steam piping and air-headers is carried out according to relevant industry standards.
